Mutui, lenta discesa per il tasso fisso

Scendono, ma non di tanto, i tassi per i mutui casa di durata superiore ai dieci anni. Lo rileva il supplemento al bollettino statistico della banca d’Italia, dove si legge che nel mese di luglio il tasso medio è stato del 5,17% contro il 5,18% rilevato a giugno. Per notare una differenza consistente bisogna risalire al luglio 2008, quando il tasso medio era del 6,08%. Considerando invece altre tipologie di mutui casa, l’indice medio è stato del 3,38%, in calo rispetto al 3,64% del mese precedente. notizie anche sul tasso taeg, comprensivo delle spese accessorie, sceso a luglio al 3,51% contro il 3,79% di giugno.
