Regno Unito: la ripresa dopo la caduta

I prezzi delle case nel Regno Unito hanno registrato la maggiore crescita da 2 anni a questa parte, dopo aver sperimentato una forte caduta delle quotazioni, pari al 20% secondo hometrack. Il prezzo medio di un immobile in Inghilterra e Galles è salito dello 0,2% rispetto al mese precedente, a
€ 169.100. Si tratta dell’incremento maggiore dal giugno del 2007, mentre i prezzi attuali sono inferiori del 5,6% rispetto a quelli registrati nello stesso periodo dell’anno scorso, il divario meno ampio su anno su anno.
