Nel capoluogo abruzzese è stato inaugurato il primo edificio in Italia in grado di autoprodurre tutta l’energia di cui ha bisogno. Nato da un progetto coordinato dall’università dell’Aquila e dall’Ateneo parmense, realizzato dal consorzio Cogesi in soli 75 giorni e con costi relativamente contenuti (1.900 euro/m2), la casa a zero consumi riunisce in sé il meglio delle tecnologie verdi attualmente disponibili sul mercato: 48 pannelli fotovoltaici; sistema di climatizzazione e acqua calda sanitaria a pompa di calore; pareti, vetri e infissi realizzati con materiali isolanti. Il risultato è un edificio che consuma la metà di uno tradizionale e che sarà donato all’università dell’Aquila come nuova sede del rettorato. (fonte: http://www.idealista.it/pagina/boletin)
