Case all’estero, lo scudo fiscale non scoraggia gli italiani

casaA fine 2009 saranno 35.000 le case acquistate oltre frontiera, il 19% in più rispetto al 2008. La stima emerge da un’indagine condotta da Aipb che rileva inoltre come l’85% degli acquirenti disponga di un budget compreso tra 100.000 e 500.000 euro, mentre solo il 15% punta ad immobili di alto standing (oltre 1 milione di euro). Gli acquisti per investimento hanno quest’anno raggiunto il 17% del totale, mentre nel biennio 2007-2008 si erano fermati al 12%. Aumenta anche il numero di coloro che acquistano casa tramite mezzi propri: nel 2007 il 45,4% degli acquirenti aveva fatto ricorso a un mutuo, contro il 42,7% dello scorso anno.
