Il problema dell’ umidità, viene spesso relazionato alle pareti contro terra di locali interrati o seminterrati, oppure all’umidità ascendente nelle murature in pietra in genere. Ma la stessa, potrebbe essere anche causata dalle eccessive piogge o lesioni capillari di pitture ed intonaci.
Quando ci si accorge di ciò, si pensa ad affrontare il problema con qualcosa che protegga il muro dall’aggressione della pioggia, senza preoccuparsi del fatto che non basta l’azione impermeabilizzante di un prodotto qualsiasi, ma occorre accertarsi che il prodotto abbia diverse altre caratteristiche.
E’ importante sottolineare il fatto che l’emulsione riserva il suo effetto consolidante solo superficialmente, senza avere alcuna pretesa di raggiungere un effetto consolidante ai fini statici.
Dopo aver rimosso dalle superficirovinate le parti degradate e sfarinate, le superfici trattate resteranno protette nel tempo in maniera sicura e stabile. Infine è utile ricordare che il prodotto essendo totalmente atossico, può essere impiegato senza alcuna preoccupazione per le maestranze e la salubrità dell’ambiente.
